# Assets overview

> Upload, list, fetch, trash and permanently delete media assets.

Assets are the files stored in Media Cloud. This group covers uploading them,

[Assets](/concepts/assets); for the delete flow see
[Uploading and deleting](/concepts/upload-and-delete).
